一.工艺要求1、应采用咬口连接或铆接,不得焊接;2、风管板材拼接的咬口缝应错开,不得有十字型拼接缝。3、咬口缝紧密、宽度一致,折角平直,圆弧均匀且两端面平行;4、风管无明显扭曲与翘角,表面应平整,凹凸不大于8mm;5、风管外径或外边长的允许偏差为负偏差,当风管大边长小于或等于630mm时,为-1mm;当大于630mm时,为-2mm;6、管口平面度的允许偏差为1mm,矩形风管两条对角线长度之差不应大于2mm。7、矩形风管边长大于630mm、保温风管边长大于800mm,管段长度大于1250mm或低压风管单边平面积大于1.2㎡、中、高压风管大于1.0㎡,均应采取加固措施。二.质量控制要点

The allowable deviation for the outer diameter or outer length of the air duct is negative deviation. When the major side length of the air duct is less than or equal to 630mm, it is -1mm; When it is greater than 630mm, it is -2mm; 6. The allowable deviation for the flatness of the pipe mouth is 1mm, and the difference in length between the two diagonal lines of a rectangular air duct should not exceed 2mm. 7. Rectangular ducts with a side length greater than 630mm, insulated ducts with a side length greater than 800mm, duct segments with a length greater than 1250mm, low-pressure ducts with a single side flat area greater than 1.2 ㎡, and medium and high-pressure ducts with a flat area greater than 1.0 ㎡ should all be reinforced. 2、 Key points of quality control
1、风管与法兰铆接前行技术质量复核,管段留出10mm翻边量。2、在连接法兰铆钉时,必须使铆钉中心线垂直于板
面,让铆钉头把板材压紧,使板缝密合。3、铆接法兰应使用液压铆钉机机械铆合,铆接要牢固,不能出现铆钉脱落和漏铆现象。4、风管与法兰连接时翻边宽度不小于6mm,翻边均匀平整,紧贴法兰,翻边不得遮住螺孔,四角必须铲平,不能出现豁口。6、剪板机、咬口机等设备使用前要根据板材厚度调整好,以保证风管的加工精度。三.成品保护措施
1. Before riveting the air duct and flange, a technical quality review should be conducted, leaving a 10mm flanging allowance for the pipe section. 2. When connecting flange rivets, the centerline of the rivet must be perpendicular to the plate surface, and the rivet head must press the plate tightly to ensure a tight fit of the plate seam. 3. Riveting flanges should be mechanically riveted using a hydraulic riveting machine, and the riveting should be firm without any rivet detachment or leakage. 4. When connecting the air duct to the flange, the flange width should not be less than 6mm, and the flange should be evenly and smoothly folded, tightly attached to the flange. The flange should not cover the screw hole, and the four corners must be flattened without any gaps. 6. Before using equipment such as shearing machines and biting machines, they should be adjusted according to the thickness of the board to ensure the machining accuracy of the air duct. 3、 Finished product protection measures
1、风管加工设备上应覆盖柔性材料,且不得影响设备操作;2、进入车间应更换布鞋,禁止在镀锌钢板上踩踏;3、风管合缝及敲翻边时使用橡胶锤配合液压合缝机,不得使用金属锤;4、风管下料、合缝、装配法兰等工序必须在柔性地毯上操作,严禁风管镀锌层与地面直接接触;5、风管半成品、成品必须整齐放置在方木上,每层不超过1.2m,严禁多层堆放造成风管变形;6、风管成品长时间堆放时应用塑料薄膜覆盖,避免积灰;7、镀锌钢板应放在宽敞干燥的隔潮木头垫架上,码放时按系统编号,整齐、合理,便于装运。搬运装卸应轻拿轻放,防止损坏成品。

Semi finished and finished air ducts must be neatly placed on square wood, with each layer not exceeding 1.2m. It is strictly prohibited to stack multiple layers to cause deformation of the air ducts; 6. When storing finished air ducts for a long time, they should be covered with plastic film to avoid dust accumulation; 7. Galvanized steel plates should be placed on spacious and dry moisture-proof wooden supports, and stacked according to the system number, neatly and reasonably, for easy shipment. Handling and loading should be done with care to prevent damage to the finished product.

Installation of air ducts
一.工艺要求1、安装风管前,应将图纸与施工现场进行核对,检查能否按设计的标高和位置进行安装;2、使用红外线定位放线,确保风管的间距及直线度,并按风管的中心线,找出吊杆安装位置,?进行支吊架安装;3、风管系统的各部分尺寸和角度确认准确无误后,开始组对安装,风管的连接应平直、不扭曲,且连接法兰的螺母应在同一侧;4、风管与风管法兰间的垫片采用厚3mm及以上的耐热橡胶板,垫片不应凸入管内,亦不宜突出法兰,且垫片中不应含有石棉及其它有害成分,且应耐油耐潮耐酸碱腐蚀;5、风管安装时,必须保持风管中心线的水平,安装一段风管后使用水平尺测量水平;风管长度超过20m时,必须设置防晃支架,且每个系统不少于一副;6、在风管穿过需要封闭的防火、防爆的墙体或楼板时,应设预埋管或防护套管,其钢板厚度为2mm。风管与防护套管之间,应用不燃且对人体无危害的柔性材料封堵;7、各类风管部件及操作机构的安装,先检查阀门外形及操作机构是否完好,检查动作的灵活性,确认阀门各方面正常之后再进行安装安装方向、位置应正确,在阀门操作机构一侧应少有350mm的净空间,以便操作、检修;防火分区隔墙两侧的防火阀,距离墙体表面不应大于200mm;8、防火排烟风管的支吊架必须单独设置,支管、管道式消声器、消声器弯头、防火阀必须单独设置支、吊架;9、风管安装完毕后,应按系统压力等级进行严密性检验。二.质量控制要点

The gasket between the air duct and the air duct flange should be made of heat-resistant rubber sheet with a thickness of 3mm or more. The gasket should not protrude into the pipe or the flange, and should not contain asbestos or other harmful components. It should also be resistant to oil, moisture, acid and alkali corrosion; 5. When installing the air duct, the centerline of the air duct must be kept horizontal, and after installing a section of the air duct, a level ruler should be used to measure the level; When the length of the air duct exceeds 20m, anti sway brackets must be installed, and each system must have at least one pair; 6. When air ducts pass through fire-resistant or explosion-proof walls or floors that require sealing, pre embedded pipes or protective sleeves should be installed with a steel plate thickness of 2mm. The gap between the air duct and the protective sleeve should be sealed with non combustible and non hazardous flexible materials to the human body; 7. The installation of various air duct components and operating mechanisms should first check whether the valve shape and operating mechanism are intact, the flexibility of the action, and confirm that all aspects of the valve are normal before proceeding with installation. The installation direction and position should be correct, and there should be at least 350mm of clear space on the side of the valve operating mechanism for operation and maintenance; The fire dampers on both sides of the fire partition wall should be no more than 200mm away from the surface of the wall; 8. The supports and hangers for fire prevention and smoke exhaust ducts must be separately installed, and support and hangers for branch pipes, pipe type mufflers, muffler elbows, and fire dampers must be separately installed; 9. After the installation of the air duct is completed, a tightness test should be conducted according to the system pressure rating. 2、 Key points of quality control
1、风管内严禁有杂物或其它管线穿越,并做好清洁和保护工作;2、支吊架下沿和外缘与接触网带电体(含承力索,下馈线等)间距必须保持大于230mm,并应严格按照限界要求实施;3、连接螺栓应为镀锌螺栓,同时必须配备相应的平垫、弹垫和螺母;4、风管法兰垫片的工作温度不小于70℃;对于排烟风管法兰垫片的工作温度要求不小于250℃;5、风管安装的水平度允许偏差每米不应大于3mm,总偏差不应大于20mm;垂直安装垂直度的允许偏差为每米不超过2mm,总偏差不应大于 20mm;6、风管在穿过墙体或楼板处不得设置接口,风管沿墙体或楼板安装时,距离墙面、楼板的间距应大于150mm;7、风阀的电动执行机构安装必须可靠固定,严禁随意放置在风管上;8、手动密闭阀安装,阀门上标志的箭头方向必须与受冲击波方向一致;9、现场风管接口的配置,不得缩小其有效截面;10、、空调风管支吊架应设不燃绝热垫防止产生冷桥,绝热垫应在支吊架制作时锚固在横担上;11、对系统风管的检测,宜采用分段检测、汇总分析的方法。在严格安装质量管理的基础上,系统风管的检测以总管和干管为主。当采用漏光法检测系统的严密性时,低压系统风管以每 10m 接缝,漏光点不大于 2 处,且100m 接缝平均不大于 16处为合格;中压系统风管每 10m接缝,漏光点不大于 1 处,且 100m 接缝平均不大于 8 处为合格。三.成品保护措施
1. No debris or other pipelines are allowed to pass through the air duct, and cleaning and protection measures must be taken; 2. The safety distance between the lower edge and outer edge of the support hanger and the live parts of the contact network (including load-bearing cables, feeder lines, etc.) must be maintained at more than 230mm and strictly implemented in accordance with the limit requirements; 3. The connecting bolts should be galvanized bolts and must be equipped with corresponding flat washers, spring washers, and nuts; 4. The working temperature of the air duct flange gasket shall not be less than 70 ℃; The working temperature requirement for the flange gasket of the smoke exhaust duct is not less than 250 ℃; 5. The allowable deviation for the levelness of air duct installation should not exceed 3mm per meter, and the total deviation should not exceed 20mm; The allowable deviation for vertical installation verticality is not more than 2mm per meter, and the total deviation should not exceed 20mm; 6. No interface shall be set at the point where the air duct passes through the wall or floor. When installing the air duct along the wall or floor, the distance from the wall or floor should be greater than 150mm; 7. The installation of the electric actuator of the air valve must be reliably fixed, and it is strictly prohibited to place it on the air duct at will; 8. Manual closed valve installation, the direction of the arrow marked on the valve must be consistent with the direction of the shock wave; 9. The configuration of on-site air duct interfaces shall not reduce their effective cross-section; 10. Non combustible insulation pads should be installed on the air conditioning duct supports and hangers to prevent the formation of cold bridges. The insulation pads should be anchored to the cross arm during the production of the supports and hangers; 11. For the detection of system ducts, it is advisable to use segmented detection and summary analysis methods. On the basis of strict installation quality management, the inspection of system air ducts mainly focuses on the main and main pipes. When using the leakage method to detect the tightness of the system, the low-pressure system air duct is considered qualified if there are no more than 2 leakage points every 10 meters of joints, and an average of no more than 16 leakage points per 100 meters of joints; The air ducts of the medium pressure system shall have no more than one light leakage point every 10m, and an average of no more than 8 light leakage points per 100m shall be considered qualified. 3、 Finished product protection measures
1、风管搬运装卸应轻拿轻放,不得在地面上拖拽,并避免磕碰,摔绊;不得破坏法兰镀锌层,如有划伤应补漆完整;2、风管吊装过程中,两端未连接处必须用塑料薄膜封住,风管上风口安装前同样需用塑料薄膜封住,透明胶带粘贴好,以防灰尘进入;3、对于穿越设备管理用房风管,穿墙部位距墙500mm以内必须用塑料薄膜做好保护,以防土建施工单位灰料污染风管;4、安装好的风管上面严禁堆放杂物或站在上面施工。

It is strictly prohibited to stack debris or stand on the installed air duct for construction.
